What a perfect day Saturday was. Sometimes everything is just right with a run and Saturday was one of my all time favorite days in my entire 35 years on this planet. The perfect weather (I like it cold and dry for running), the awe strikingly beautiful and varied surroundings; I mean sand dunes, beach, muddy single-track, wood, hills and bog land all in one run, and it was just happening on Saturday. There was a buzz in the air, people were talking to each other, people were happy.
